As many of you know, I’ve been on the committee for the 65 Roses Golf Classic in Houston for the past 15 years, supporting a cause that’s deeply personal to me – finding a cure for cystic fibrosis for Paige Nettles Montgomery, the daughter of Charlie and Betsy Nettles.

This event is special because of people like you—whether you support us in person or from afar. Your generosity helps move research forward and brings hope to families like the Nettles.

Much has changed since last year, and new challenges have emerged. Thanks to your generosity, all net proceeds from last year supported the Rare and Nonsense Mutation Initiative, funding critical research for the 10–20% of individuals, like Paige, who do not benefit from current modulator drugs. We are deeply grateful to continue advancing this vital work in 2026.
