While this competition may be friendly, cystic fibrosis is not.
Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a rare genetic disease that affects the lungs, digestive system, and other organs. People with CF produce thick, sticky mucus that can build up in the lungs, making it difficult to breathe and increasing the risk of serious infections. CF is a lifelong condition that requires daily treatments, medications, and ongoing medical care.
While there has been tremendous progress in CF research and treatment, there is still no cure. Bys supporting our fundraising, you help to play a critical role in supporting research, developing new therapies, improving care, and helping people with CF live longer, healthier lives. Every dollar raised brings us closer to a cure for this disease. Thank you for helping to bring hope to individuals and families affected by CF!
