I climb for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation because of a lifelong friend whose son was diagnosed with CF before he was even a year old. Watching their journey has been both heart-wrenching and inspiring. Thanks to the tireless work of the CF Foundation and events like this, he is now thriving at 28 years old in ways that once seemed impossible.
