The California Winemasters Invite You to
“A Taste of Italy in California: Virtual Wine Dinner.”

Guests will enjoy a gourmet 5-course dinner TO-GO, featuring some of the most popular dishes from Toscana Restaurant Group entities, Toscana, Nerano, S.Y. Kitchen, and Nella Kitchen & Bar. The Executive Chefs from each restaurant collaborated on a menu that would feature beloved dishes which pair perfectly with Chalk Hill Wines. Speaking of wines, Senior Winemaker Michael Beaulac is providing Chalk Hill’s 2017 Chairman’s Malbec and 2018 Oak Hill Sauvignon Gris.

Dinners will be available for pickup at Nerano in Beverly Hills, CA on the day of the event. Each restaurant’s chef will be onsite early that day and will work together under one roof to make this experience extra special. Some dishes, like Toscana’s famous Pollo al Mattone, will be fully cooked and only need to be heated. Others, such as Nerano’s signature Pasta alla Nerano (recently featured on CNN’s Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy) and a Margherita Pinsa from Nella Kitchen & Bar will require a small amount of preparation and assembly. To enjoy Toscana’s Torta al Cioccolato, all you need is a fork! Easy to follow instructions will accompany each dinner package.

While indulging in dinner, guests can view exclusive videos produced just for this virtual dinner. From the Toscana Restaurant Group comes, “How To Live Like An Italian.” Learn from TRG’s chefs, owners, general managers, and co-founders, Mike and Kathie Gordon, lifestyle tips, such as how to do breakfast like the Italians, when it’s NOT ok to sip a cappuccino, and how to nail aperitivo hour! This video nicely compliments Michael Beaulac’s personal introduction and breathtaking tour of Sonoma’s Chalk Hills Wines. The Senior Winemaker has more than 30-years of experience working with premiere luxury Northern California wineries and will share his wisdom and work.
