Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, we've made significant strides in cystic fibrosis (CF) research and care. However, the fight is far from over, as we continue to lose precious lives to CF every day.

The CF Foundation is committed to finding a cure for every person living with CF by aggressively pursuing genetic therapies, which offer the best hope for a cure.
