Hi Friends!

Kaylee and I are running the Disney World 10K next January and I am doing it by raising funds for an organization near and dear to my heart.  I have witnessed what Cystic Fibrosis can do to the children who have this awful disease and now, I've also witnessed the amazing medical advancements in managing this disease that allow children to become young adults.  Just 20 years ago a child with CF had very little chance of surviving to adulthood.  

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.  That's why I am supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and I invite you to join me either by making a donation to support my run or registering yourself to run. Next January I'll be asking for everyone's good vibes to keep these old lady knees safe while pounding the concrete in Disney!
