I have never liked running. In fact if you told me when I was younger that I would ever run in a race, I would have said absolutely not! I started running because of Danny. I don't run fast, and I probably speed walk more than I run, but I do finish because that is what Danny taught me to do. I will continue to try because of him, and more importantly, now I will do it for him. In January of 2025, I will run my 7th Disney race. This year I am more excited than ever because I also get to fundraise for CF while doing it.
This year the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is hosting their first-ever Breathe Team for the 2025 Walt Disney World Marathon! The mission of the Breathe Team is to encourage supporters of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation to combine their dedication to the Foundation with their passion for running to bring us closer to a cure for cystic fibrosis.
Please help me reach my goal and help me make CF stand for Cure Found!
