Meredith Opsahl is a sister, friend, confidant, business owner, fitness lover and mother to the sweetest Goldendoodle, Cooper.  She is a four time local small business owner in the Charlotte area that has fueled the city with her passion, pilates.

Meredith became affiliated with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation in March 2020 by attending the Guys and Dolls Gala prior to COVID.  Since then she's found a passion to finding a cure and Jill and her family have only pushed her further to find.  

When not in the pilates studio teaching or counting terribly, you can find Meredith walking the Sugar Creek Greenway with said dog, Cooper, or sipping on a glass of Syrah at the latest, newest restaurant in CLT.

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
