With the heartfelt support of our incredible CF community, we are honored to host the 4th Annual Champagne & Roses for Cystic Fibrosis on Friday, February 5, 2027, at the prestigious Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club in Boca Raton.
Guests will enjoy an unforgettable evening featuring Veuve Clicquot champagne, Caymus wine, premium cocktails, a curated four-course dining experience, live entertainment, dancing, and exciting live and silent auctions, all in support of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation's mission to improve and extend the lives of people living with cystic fibrosis.
