5th Annual Rose Up Games

Hello and welcome to the 5th Annual Rose Up Games! 

The 5th Annual Rose Up Games will be held at Erfurt Park on Saturday, September 6th. Please arrive no later than 9:45am. The games will plan to run from 10am-2pm.  There is a $30 registration fee/donation to participate. 

The Rose Up Games were created to bring people together for competitive fun, while also educating on what it's like to live with Cystic Fibrosis. 

The format this year will be the same as previous years, where we will have 6 events that will be competed in by all participants. Then, the top participants will qualify for the Rose Up Gauntlet. 

 

The Rose Up Gauntlet will combine a small part of all 6 events. The participant will complete the gauntlet as fast as possible. Fastest time wins the 5th annual Rose Up Games. 

                                                                  
 
 
The 6 events will be: 

Sputum Spit - Spitting a sunflower seed at the targets. The smaller the target, the more points you win.  

Pulmonary Function Course - Using a straw, blow a marble through a course as fast as possible. Fastest time wins 

EnzAIM - Throwing a football at different food items that are worth more based on how hard they are to digest. Highest score wins 

Pill Toss - Throwing beanbags at a cornhole board at 3 different distances. Highest score wins 

Rose Up Rings - Throwing frisbees with roses on them, trying to land closest to the Rose Up Ring. Best throw will be taken. Closest throw wins 

Balancing CF - Balance a volleyball on a tennis racket and a tennis ball on a separate tennis racket, all while going through a balance beam that spells out CF.
