We are thrilled to announce our 2024 Rose Ball Corporate Titan, Holly McCarthy! Holly is Founder and Managing Partner of Opus Advisors, a premier executive search firm specializing in placing private equity investment professionals, in the U.S. and abroad. Opus has been named as one of the “Top 50 Financial Services Search Firms” in the U.S., year-on-year by the Hunt Scanlon organization, and proudly maintains an unparallelled track record of placing diverse candidates, employee and client retention. Remarkably, demonstrating the firm’s ability to identify talent, Opus has delivered a 96% offer acceptance rate. Holly and Opus Advisors’ success embodies the highest level of standards, client service, corporate culture, ethics, and people-centered focus. Holly is also very involved in her community and church. She most recently served on the Boards of Earthplace and Westport Sunrise Rotary, where she also served as the Youth Services Chairperson. She gets her “hands dirty” too: she personally delivered weekly meals to shut-ins throughout COVID, and with her church, has taken groups of high school students on missions trips to both Roatan, Honduras and to Union Beach, New Jersey, after Hurricane Sandy. In hopes to mitigate war and utilize her negotiating skills, Holly is an active member of Mediators Without Borders, a global organization and United Nations affiliate, which enhances peacebuilding skills to communities around the world. More locally, Opus is an annual sponsor of the Hartford area Dress For Success program and countless charities and sports teams around the tri-state! On top of all this, Holly’s proudest accomplishment is in raising two wonderful college-age boys.
Please join us in congratulating Holly and Opus Advisors on this prestigious recognition!

Tim and Deb Lenihan became involved with raising awareness and funds for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation just after their son Jason was diagnosed with CF in 1996. Their daughter Amy was also diagnosed with CF after she was born in 1997. Their great strides team “Team AJ” has raised over $1M for CF Research. The Lenihan’s have been involved with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) in various capacities over the past 28 years, with Tim serving on the Board of Directors, as previous co-chairs of Rose Ball, hosting a Great Strides Walk site with an associated kickoff party, and many volunteering activities in support of the CT CFF Chapter. Both Jason & Amy have benefitted from Vertex’s Trikafta therapy aimed at addressing the underlining causes of CF. This is just one example of how far the CFF has moved the needle in CF therapies over their lifetime. Tim and Deb were fortunate to retire in 2020 and have taken up traveling with their travel trailer across the USA. They had the wonderful opportunity to work with and get to know Paul Drury while working to raise much needed funds for CF. They are honored to be receiving the Paul Drury Legacy Award at this year’s Rose Ball.
