LOL4CFF

Join us for the funniest night of the year! LOL4CFF, a comedy show hosted by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, is a night full of laughs for a great cause to be held Friday, August 9, 2024, at The Big Chill. The show features a comedy competition among stand-up novices, a headlining set from a nationally touring comedian, plus silent and live auctions, and a special guest speaker.

What to Expect on Event Night:

Venue: The Big Chill, located at 911 E. Morehead St. #100, Charlotte, NC, 28204

Doors open at 6pm. There are no printed tickets; please check-in under your last name upon arrival. The event begins with a reception from 6-7pm, followed by the stand-up competition, an exciting live auction, our guest speaker, the event headliner, and concludes with the evening’s awards. The program will run until around 10pm, and a post-show reception will conclude at 11pm.

Tickets include seated dinner and hosted beer and wine. Liquor will be available for purchase.

Attire for LOL4CFF is dressy casual.

Parking: Limited parking is available on site at The Big Chill. A garage for use by Big Chill guests is also available at 900 S. McDowell St. We highly encourage use of ride share.

LOL4CFF guests will receive information about participating in our online auction in advance of the event. Please take a moment to look through our auction items and bid at your leisure. The auction will be closing on event night at 9PM. Guests will receive a notice detailing items won and can then check out for the auction online using a credit card.

Attendees may choose to make a gift through a donor advised fund. If so, please consult with your DAF sponsoring organization and tax and/or legal advisor on their proper use. DAFs cannot be used to cover the cost of any portion of an auction purchase and may not be used for any portion of the cost of attendance.  Please work with your individual DAF to recommend general grants to support events.  As a reminder, CFF is unable to provide tax or legal advice.
