We’d love to have you join us!
 
Beach, Brews & BBQ is Orange County’s favorite beer and barbecue festival – and vendors like you help make it unforgettable. Your participation not only connects you with hundreds of eager food and drink lovers but also supports the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission to find a cure.
 
We’re inviting breweries, wineries, cideries, caterers, food trucks, and restaurants to host a Tasting Tent, sharing your signature brews, beverages, and bites with our guests. (Please note: Barbecue vendors are by invitation only, but you’re welcome to submit an application for consideration.)

VENDOR BENEFITS
Each participating vendor will receive:
  • One 10’ x 10’ space, including:
                          - One 6-foot table with tablecloth
                          - Two chairs
                          - One sign (11" x 8.5") with your company name or logo to display at your table
  • Exposure to approximately 750 guests, fellow vendors, and volunteers
  • On-stage recognition during the program
  • Logo and listing included on the event website and promo materials
  • Logo and listing included in onsite signage and collateral
  • 10 VIP admission tickets for your guests
  • Invitation to our exclusive Vendor & Sponsor Beer-Pairing Dinner hosted by BJ’s Restaurants & Brewhouse (Spring 2026)
  • Vendor hospitality team to assist with load-in, setup, and breakdown
  • Access to dollies and carts for transporting your supplies and equipment from your vehicle to your station
  • Option to rent an EZ-up for shade if you do not bring your own

IMPORTANT DATES & DETAILS
 
  • Application Deadline: September 27, 2025
  • Load-In: Begins at 8:00 AM on event day
  • Setup Complete By: 11:30 AM (doors open to guests at 12:00 PM)
  • Full logistical details – including parking, directions, and unloading instructions – will be provided to confirmed vendors closer to the event date.
  • All vendors must comply with local health and safety guidelines.
