Booth Sponsors (breweries, wineries, restaurants)
 
The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation invites you to host a food, brew, or wine tasting station at Beach, Brews & BBQ on Saturday, October 19th, 2024.
 
Your company will receive the following benefits:
 
  • One tasting station, to include one 6-foot table with a black tablecloth and two chairs.
  • Signage at your table. (Identification sign to be provided by CFF, additional signage and decorations to be provided by sponsor). 

Breweries/wineries:
 
  • Prepare beverage to satisfy a tasting for approximately 650 guests (recommend two half barrel kegs OR 165 12-ounce cans).
  • Contribute a minimum of one silent auction item, such as, a pack or keg of your brew, a magnum or bottle of wine, private tasting experience, etc.
  • Staff and provide necessary equipment for your station including giveaway items and any themed decorations; GLASSES WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CFF. 

Restaurants:
 
  • Prepare a signature tasting-size dish or dishes at your table that will accommodate approximately 650 guests.
  • Contribute a minimum of one silent auction item, such as, a chef dining experience, a gift certificate to your restaurant, or basket of goods.
  • Staff and provide necessary equipment for your tasting station, which will also include napkins, utensils, and any additional decorations; PLATES WILL BE PROVIDED BY THE CFF.
