In our 18th year of raising awareness and funds for the CF Foundation, we want to honor and thank our committed partners who have faithfully supported H+H Army through the years. We are incredibly grateful for your invested hearts and generous giving in our fight to make CF stand for Cure Found. We hope you will join us for the last Breath of Hope event as we gather to remember and celebrate your brave determination to change the story of CF, the unimagined advancements that are ours today, and the hope for a cure in our lifetime.
We will not have sponsors this year but there will be an opportunity to support our mission during this special night of celebration together. Special invitations for our intimate gathering will be mailed in the new year to all Breath of Hope sponsors and significant donors since inception. Victory is sure!
