Hi! I am Sloan Bird from Springfield, IL and a junior in high school at Culver Academies. My family is very important to me, so I chose to be a part of this year's Fashion Breathes Life to honor my cousin Oliver Pleune who has Cystic Fibrosis. I love to travel, spend time with friends and try new things. I am involved in soccer, lacrosse, and the dive team at Culver Academies. I am excited to show my support this year in FBL by walking to represent my family and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation!

The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation has fueled dramatic improvements in cystic fibrosis research and care. Because of the Foundation, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives. The outlook for people with CF continues to improve year after year.
