Northern New England Swing for CF

We invite you to join us for the 24th annual Swing For CF Golf Tournament Swing for CF is an event where CF awareness and fundraising is at the forefront. It is hosted by Jason and Ketti Sweeney, two CF parents who through their organization of this event, honor their son Liam who has cystic fibrosis. This year's tournament takes place on Monday, October 7, 2024. Participants will enjoy a round of golf at the Breakfast Hill Golf Club located in Greenland, NH, and designed by renowned golf course architect Brian Silva.
