Why Participate as a Vendor?
Hope Takes Flight provides restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and caterers with a prime opportunity to showcase their signature offerings to up to 250 guests in a single lively evening. With no participation fee, the event offers valuable brand visibility, direct interaction with attendees, and the chance to be part of a well-loved community celebration supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s mission.
Participation Details
What’s Included:
• One 6’ tasting table with cloth
• Promotion through Hope Takes Flight event website, social media and email campaigns.
Upon Request:
• One back prep table
• Basic electrical power
• Ice and water for preparation and chilling
What You Provide:
• Bite-size samples (ideally, a flight of 3 sample-size tastings or pours)
• Enough servings for up to 250 guests (final head count provided prior to event)
• Booth staffing (all staff must be 21+)
• Disposable serveware
Timeline:
• Service begins promptly at 5:00 PM for the VIP hour. Vendors may choose to serve during VIP or start at 6:00 PM for General Admission.
• Tear-down begins at 9:00 PM
• Set up time will be communicated soon.
