American Airlines Celebrity Ski 2024
February 29 - March 3, 2024

Air travel
All guests will receive complimentary round-trip air travel into Eagle/Vail County Regional Airport on American Airlines. You'll be greeted at the airport by a Celebrity Ski events staff member and transported to Beaver Creek Village via chartered buses*.
All travel details will be communicated to you as soon as they are confirmed (approx. 7-10 business days after initial registration) and again in your Know Before You Go email communication sent prior to the event.
*Ground transportation is only provided for transfer to/from Eagle/Vail (EGE). Guests who choose to fly via Denver International Airport will be responsible for ground transfers.
Hotel accommodations
Hotel accommodations will be provided for you and your guest. With sweeping views from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain, Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa offers guests a luxurious year-round escape in Colorado’s Vail Valley. Whether you’re planning an outdoor adventure or a rejuvenating escape, the resort has something for every guest to enjoy. The resort is a ski-in/ski-out location in the heart of Beaver Creek Village and home to skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and more in winter.
Guests may also be placed at adjacent properties throughout the village, which are centrally located with various amenities and attentive staff. Room and tax charges for the nights of February 29-March 2 will covered by the event. Any additional nights booked will be at the expense of the guest upon check-out. Any pre or post nights requested at the group rate are subject to the availability of the hotel, and are not guaranteed. All hotel accommodations provided are double-occupancy.

Events may be subject to change based on health or safety concerns. If an event is moved to virtual, sponsorship benefits may be adjusted to fit that format. If an event is cancelled, your local contact will reach out to discuss options.
