Chef's fantasy is one of northeast Ohio's best and original food and wine events, and NEW for 2026, we will be offering the global Taste of Mardi Gras!
Our chefs are excited to create culinary delights inspired by the French, African and Creole cultures that are widely celebrated around the world each year.
Chef's fantasy will include multiple tasting stations, followed by additional seated courses in the ballroom, complemented by live and silent auctions and a heartfelt program to bring the night to a memorable close.
Guests are encouraged to dress in Mardi Gras inspired colors of gold, green and purple and of course, festive masks will be welcomed!
