For the first 22 years of his life, Jeph’s world revolved around managing cystic fibrosis—appointments, hospitalizations, treatments, and countless medications. Still, he stayed active in sports, theater, and speech. After earning his English degree from the University of Minnesota Morris in 2020, Jeph married his wife, Noelle, and launched his career, made possible in part by breakthrough treatments like Trikafta.
He now works as a Business Development Specialist at Egan Company. He and Noelle served as foster care providers for three years and are excited to have begun the adoption process through a local agency. In his free time, Jeph enjoys cheering on the Twins, reading, ultimate frisbee, camping, and time with their two cats.
Jeph and his team started doing the CFF Climb for a Cure when he and his sister, Anna, were young - at least 20 years ago! Some of his favorite pictures from his childhood were of him and Anna at the top of the IDS Center in the Twin Cities after they reached the top. After Anna passed away in 2014, they renamed the team Dinomyte Climbers in honor of Anna's love of dinosaurs, and continued the tradition in her memory until 2020.
