A Note for Adults Living with CF:
This year’s event takes place in an outdoor setting designed to be inclusive and welcoming. This allows multiple adults with cystic fibrosis to safely join the celebration alongside the entire CF community.

We’re bringing the party to the water at Lake Lorraine at one of Sioux Falls’ newest hotspots: Big Lost Meadery and Brewery and Ranch and Roost! Grab a lei at the door, soak in the glow of tiki torches along the shoreline, and enjoy the relaxed, scenic beauty of Lake Lorraine as the sun sets.
Get ready for an unforgettable evening of wine, brews, cocktails, and mocktails tastings, alongside seriously elevated grub—all to support the fighters living with cystic fibrosis. Let’s raise our glasses for CF research!

We will light up the night with a warm glow from lanterns floating across the water, each one shining in honor or memory of CF fighters. It will be especially meaningful to watch CF fighters, families, and supporters launch these lanterns—each one representing hope.
