I am supporting the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, and I invite you to join me at the event or make a donation to this event.
11 years ago, the Alpha Beta chapter of ATO dedicated their spring fundraising proceeds to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, in honor of a freshman Brother. That Brother is now a dentist, husband, and uncle. He is living his life in spite of CF thanks to medical advancements made possible by fundraisers like Tau Tug. His ability to inspire others continues, and we want to honor our brother and everyone living with CF by raising $100,000 for Tau Tug 2024. Every dollar goes directly to the CFF and will help everyone living with CF fulfill their dreams.
As someone with chronic respiratory issues, I know what it's like to be sick all the time and feel like I can't get a full breath of air. Yet I know my problems are nothing compared to what those with Cystic Fibrosis must face on a daily basis. I couldn't imagine growing up while having to take a multitude of medicines and treatments just to achieve some degree of normalcy. CF is a brutal and unfair disorder, it is essential that we do everything we can to support the CFF to give kids like Aspen, our ambassador, access to new and improved forms of treatment, and a chance to live their lives unrestrained by Cystic Fibrosis.
