When our two children Matt and Melissa were diagnosed with cystic fibrosis back in 1997, we never dared to dream of a grandchild. Half of all children with CF didn't live past the age of 18.

Our grandson was born healthy and strong in January 2026. We will never forget that it is because of your donations that our family's wildest dreams were achieved. We are forever grateful.

We have been fundraising for the CF Foundation for 28 years. Unfortunately, CF still takes young lives and crushes dreams of high school and college graduations, marriage, homeownership and parenthood for patients. We will never stop fundraising for a cure until the parents of all children with cystic fibrosis get the chance to watch them grow up and live full lives.
