We're thrilled to once again host the Grand Chefs Experience, an unforgettable, one-of-a-kind tasting event at The Field Museum. The evening begins with signature bites from 30+ top Chicagoland restaurants, paired with signature cocktails and beverages, and a culinary-inspired silent auction.
Following the tasting, guests will head downstairs for a seated dinner beneath Máximo, the world's largest dinosaur. During dinner, you'll hear from an inspiring cystic fibrosis fighter and come together to support groundbreaking scientific advancements through a dynamic live auction and paddle raise, all in pursuit of a cure for CF.
The celebration continues with Nightcap, Chicago's acclaimed after party, featuring live music, custom-crafted cocktails, decadent pastries, and late-night bites. With incredible food, flowing drinks, and meaningful moments throughout the evening, your support brings us one step closer to a cure.
